The Garden Hotel is aptly named and does not disappoint with its flowers and gardens. I wish we could have spent more time outside in the garden area, but we were just so busy. Most the outside garden pictures were taken on our last day before we checked out. We were that busy in GZ!
The lobby is decked out in amazing and LARGE flower arrangements. They were stunning. These first two below were right in the check in area. The large concrete vase flower arrangement sat on a huge coffee table. Inside the large bowl were some fish! The tall hydrangea arrangements flanked each side of the long check in desk.
Off to the right side of the check in desk was a semi-enclosed bar and lounge. They had some spectacular arrangements in that area also. Check out this gigantic ball shaped one. The orchids were sitting above a water feature and right at the base of the escalator.
The main feature of the Garden Hotel is the water fall that is directly behind the lobby. We got to see this amazing garden, pond and waterfall every morning at breakfast. The breakfast area overlooked this area. Several times the waterfall was actually off because they were cleaning the pond. Right before we were leaving, the water fall was back on. I didn't get the greatest pictures because it was humid and my lense kept fogging over! Either way, whether on or off, it was still gorgeous!
I know many other families like to feed the koi, but we just didn't have time for this little activity. They thought we were going to feed them though when we were out taking pictures! The fish would follow you around. You can see the outside seating area off the breakfast area.

Had to get a few pictures of Ava out in the Garden and on the bridge.
We were surprised to find another garden area below the one nearest the lobby and breakfast area. I didn't even know this area existed. I had never seen any pictures of it on others blogs or heard anyone talk about it. It was also very beautiful down here!
