Last week, they really wanted to jump off the diving board. I first made them practice jumping off the side of the pool into deeper water where they couldn't touch. I wanted them to feel what it is like to have to kick and swim to the surface. They both did very well, and weren't scared that they couldn't touch. So later that evening when Daddy could come back to the pool with us, they jumped off the diving board. They were hooked! Trevor said "that was awesome!"
Trevor can swim back to the side of the pool by himself. Evan wants to be able to "do it by myself" but he isn't quite strong enough to swim back. So either Jeremy or I tread water and swim him back to the side.
Here are some video and pictures of my little fish!

Oh my goodness, look at them go!!! This is absolutely wonderful especially since "Daddy" didn't get his feet "wet" before the ripe old age of 7!!! I can't wait to get in a pool with them! Reminds me of when Trevor was a baby & I went swimming with him @ the hotel!!! And he was a "water baby" then too; not happy when he had to get out!!! Love you, The Nana!
