We have been blessed with many friendships through church small group, work relationships, and growing neighborhood friendships. It was awesome that everyone was willing to come and celebrate Trevor's life with us. We had 15 kids and 14 adults! It was a house full, but I think everyone had a good time!
Because the weather was so great, we put the bounce house up and the kids really enjoyed it. The kids also had a good time playing "corn hole!"

I had considered cooking, but Jeremy convinced me that it would be more relaxing to just order pizza. So we ordered from Papa John's, and the pizza was very good and on time! We only had about 5 pieces left over!

Thanks to all of our friends who came to the party. It was a really enjoyable evening. Jeremy and I were commenting afterwards about how well all the kids got a long. There wasn't one single crying episode!
Glad you had a nice day for the party . . . and kudos to Jeremy for talking you into doing pizza. J - You da man!! Wish we could have been there . . . remind Trevor we're going to Thomas' Trackside Station when you guys come at Thanksgiving. Can't wait!! Love, Mom
ReplyDeleteCongrats on a great party, Erin! The train whistle made Calvin's violin practicing a little more fun tonight. We had a great time at your house. Thanks for including us. Always fun to meet the other people you know. Talk to you soon. --Barbara
ReplyDeleteSuch fun you must have had. It'll be fun to visit Strasburg and all the train stuff while you're here. Tell Trevor the motorcycle is awaiting his visit! Can't wait to give you all a big bear hug! Love, DAD
