Evan had his appointment with Dr. White, the allergist, today. Turns out he is allergic to molds. Not a lot we can do to control outdoor molds, so he prescribed Benadryl at night-time and Zyrtec in the morning. He seems to think that Evan's chest congestion is due to nasal drainage. Hopefully this combination will help dry him up. Dr. White did say it's not a promising sign that he is allergic at such a young age :( We won't see the allergist again until Evan is 2 years old unless something else allergy related pops up. Not only does Evan look like Daddy, but he seems to have inherited Daddy's allergies!Evan was weighed and measured at the doctors office, and he continues to gain! He now weighs 23 1/2 lbs and is 29 1/2 inches long!

We are dedicating Evan at church this weekend, so I attempted to stage some "professionally" looking pictures. They post a picture on the big screens at church when each family is presenting their child for dedication. We picked the bottom picture because we think it shows off Evan's personality!

I don't know Erin, these new pictures make me see more similarities to Trevor than I have ever noticed before! SO CUTE. Hope the new drug regimen is helpful. --Barbara
