First Trick or Treat

We had a fun and full weekend enjoying AutumnFest at church and Trick or Treating on Saturday. Originally Trevor was going to be a train conductor, but due to a shipping problem, his conductor hat did not arrive in time. So I quickly made a wardrobe change for him, and he became a construction worker. Evan was going to be Tigger, but he was too big for the costume! (When I pulled it out of a tub of clothes about a month ago, I thought it would fit!) So I dressed him identically to Trevor, and they became Schmidt Brothers Construction!

Evan's hat says "Schmidt Brothers Construction"

CFC puts on a great AutumnFest party, but unfortunately it was pouring on Friday. They were able to still have the food outside under a big tent, but moved all the inflatables into the gym. It was pretty chaotic and loud inside the church since that is where all the activites were. Trevor LOVED this eagle. He must have hugged him 10 different times, and was so excited that the Eagle gave him a sucker!

On Saturday evening, we went Trick or Treating with the Josenhans kids. This was Trevor's first time going door to door. He had a fun time, and it was great to go with his friends! Thanks Barbara and Thomas for hanging out with us!

waiting patiently!

still waiting!

Evan went with us in the stroller for a few houses, but then he got fussy so Jeremy took him back to hang out with Thomas. I didn't dress Evan up for Saturday night, although we were calling him "Leisure Suit Larry" since his outfit looked like it was from the 70's!
