Tractors and Combines and ATV's, Oh My!

We took a trip to Ohio from August 14-17 so that Jeremy could play in a UD golf scramble with some buddies and to see family. On our first day in Ohio, we took Trevor and Evan to cousin Curt's business - Twin Valley Equipment. I figured Trevor would get a kick out of seeing all the different lawn tractors, ATVs, combines and other farm equipment. We even saw a crop duster!

After looking at all the equipment outside, Curt came out and took us to one of the repair areas where they were putting together a brand new Case Combine. This thing was HUMONGOUS! Curt told us that this is the smaller of the "big class" combines, and that they make two more models that are larger. We also learned that the price of this combine is $275,000 and that does not include the combine heads. Those are extra! Curt took Trevor up to sit in the drivers seat...Trevor wasn't so sure about it. He was a little scared to be up so high, but once back down on the ground he yelled "I did it!" It was a lot of fun to visit and see all the farm equipment.
