Oh my goodness, I can't believe Evan is turning 3 years old. He has accomplished a lot this year from becoming a better talker, a great singer, sleeping in a big boy bed and now a rock star potty trainer! Here is a look back at Evan's year.
Happy 2nd Birthday; we were days away from moving to Beaver, PA
Birthday's are fun!
We arrived at our new house on May 1, got settled in, played in my new coupe car and visited the Pittsburgh Zoo. Evan LOVES the elephants and zebras!
In July, we went to Wisconsin to visit Nana, Papa, Aunt Jen, Uncle Nick, Hannah, Joey and Uncle Jeff and Aunt Kathy. We had so much fun!

I love swinging especially when Hannah pushes me!
During the summer months, the boys enjoyed playing super heros and being silly. Below they had Mommy make them Batman wings. A few days later, Evan was Dr. Schmidt. Wonder what the record is for the most stethoscopes around a person's neck?
In October we visited a really cool Pumpkin Patch Farm. The boys got to pet animals, ride a pony, get their face's painted, take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch, and walk through a corn maze.
In November, Evan gave us quite the scare when he fell out of daddy's car when it was parked in the drive way. He had quite the goose egg on his forehead and a good case of road rash too.

Poor baby!
We enjoyed celebrating Christmas in our new house. A few days after Christmas, Memaw, Papa, Auntie Kirsten, Uncle Jeremy, Gavin, Adam and Isaac all came to visit. We had a great time playing together!
Evan is still taking naps, and sometimes is very out of it when he wakes up! Here he is in March with a good case of bed head and not quite awake!
This spring we had the boys pictures taken at the mall. It was so cute when they were walking through the mall holding hands.

Here are the boys visiting Eli while still in their pj's!
We found a great river side park in Rochester (a town very close to Beaver). We have been there several times now to ride bikes and throw rocks! We can also watch the trains run as this is a very busy train area.

I love throwing rocks, watching barges and looking for trains!
Evan's greatest accomplishment just happened over the past 2 weeks. One day he went and brought the big boy undies to me and said he wanted to wear them. We've been potty training ever since, and he is doing well. Still have some tears when it comes to poo-poo, but he is still doing good. We are proud of him, and happy that he is trained earlier than Trevor! Way to go Evan!
Check out my undies, and the trains that I got as a reward!
Happy dance!
Evan, you are a joy and a delight! We love you so much and can't wait to see what this next year has in store for you!
