Sunday in PA

On Sunday, we attended Florin Church of the Brethren, where Papa is the pastor. It was a very good service with good preaching, several baptisms and a baby dedication. Afterwards, they had a carry in meal that was very delicious.

When we got home, Trevor really wanted to see Papa's Harley. At first, I think Trevor was intimidated by it, and didn't want to sit on it. But his curiousity finally got the better of him, and he thought Papa's motorcycle was "cool!" Papa even drove it around the house and through the church parking lot so Trevor could hear it. Nothing like the sound of a Harley!

At 6 pm, there was a free concert given at a local church featuring the African Children's Choir. They were excellent. The African Children's Choir is an amazing program that helps children who have been orphaned or whose parent's can not care for them. (We are so blessed!) The Children's Choir has an academy where the children all go to school, and many of their past students are now very successful professionals. At the end of the program, all the children introduced themselves and what they want to be when they grow up. It was so touching! One boy said he wanted to be President which got a loud cheer!

waiting patiently for the concert to begin!

The kids moved and danced the whole time so my
pictures came out blurry!

Trevor was very interested!

One moment when they were just singing

Evan was also very interested and
watched the whole concert!
