We had an uninivited guest
at our house on Tuesday, June 11th.
(I will never forget Papa Dennis' birthday now!)
I saw him from my kitchen window
when I noticed some robins
acting strangely on the bird feeder.
Trevor said "Can I keep him for my collection?"
Me: NO!

He didn't go with out a fight and hung on tightly with his tail.
He finally decided he'd had a enough,
and slithered down off the deck behind our trash cans.
I quickly plopped a bucket down
over top of him in hopes of keeping him in there
until Daddy arrived home.
But Daddy was out playing golf with some work friends.
Then I noticed the snake had escaped!

I poked and prodded him
across the drive way and into the grass.

Mommy, You are "My Hero!" I would've locked myself in the house and never step foot in the yard again!!! As I told you, when Jeremy called on "Papa's" birthday with a full description of "your adventures", we were rolling on the floor with laughter! You, Trevor and Evan have such awesome adventures on a daily basis...Keep the laughter coming! We love you Gorgeous! And keep your "POKER & PRODDER" handy; never know when "HE" will be back to visit!
