Grandpa Art and school lunch

On Tuesday morning we were able to visit Grandpa Art at his apartment. We were so excited to see him, and wished we would have had more than just an hour to visit. Unfortunately, Grandpa Art was recently diagnosed with macular degeneration, and he is losing his sight. But he seems to still have his positive spirit and is dealing with his prognosis fairly well.

Art and his boys

On Sunday when Hannah was visiting us, she asked if we could come and have lunch with her at school. Of course we couldn't turn her down! Fortunately she and Joey go to the same school so we had lunch with both of them. This was Trevor's first visit to a school, and he had a good time. Between Joey's and Hannah's lunch, they each share recess time so Trevor was also able to play with them at recess.
