Trick or Treat 2013

Trick or Treat 2013 was a rainy but warm night.  We decided to brave the weather since it was Ava's first Trick or Treat.  Beaver really does such a great job with Trick or Treat.  Homeowners often decorate their porches so well, and love seeing all the kids.  It has such a great hometown feel to it!

Trevor decided to go as a China Ninja, and pieced his costume together using two different costumes. Evan was the Phantom, and pulled his look together with a Bumblee transformer costume and an upside down Optimus Prime mask.  Ava was adorable in her ladybug costume.

Ready to go!

1st house

"Yes, we got some good stuff!"
After a few houses, Jeremy let Ava down and she quickly got the hang of it!

"This is fun!"
We stayed out about an hour which was plenty!  The kiddos were soaked and tired.

Wet  but CUTE!

Checking out their stash.
Because we had been so busy, we didn't get our pumpkins carved before Halloween.  So we did carved them the following weekend.  This was actually our first time carving pumpkins as a family.  Ava dove right in and had no problems scooping out the pumpkin guts.

No sensory issues with this little gal!

She loves to help us in just about anything!

Trevor's Darth Maul Pumpkin

Evan's Bomb Bird Pumpkin
Glad we got to experience Ava's first Trick or Treat together as a family this year!
