On Saturday morning, Trevor didn't get to see Uncle Jeff because Daddy and Uncle Jeff left early to hit the links. Trevor was very sad about this, so I decided it might be fun to surprise Daddy and Uncle Jeff at the course. But we had some time to kill in the morning, and it was such a beautiful day that we headed to the Evansville river front to walk and ride.
Trevor has really taken to riding his tricycle. He will tell me "Mommy, I need to get some exercise!" He loves riding his tricycle to the school, with Daddy when he walks the dogs, and at the Newburgh River front. I'm impressed with how far he can go too! In Newburgh, he has ridden nearly a mile and a half! I'm not sure how far we went in Evansville, but we did make it all the way to the casino and back.

After our walk, we headed to Oak Meadow. I was pretty close on the timing, but we did have some time to wait. So the boys enjoyed pretending to drive the golf carts. They had strict instructions to not touch the petals because the carts were turned on. I was very nervous that they were going to accidently hit the gas and take off!

Trevor couldn't wait to see Daddy and Uncle Jeff. When they finally arrived on the 18th green, Trevor took off and gave Uncle Jeff a great big hug. It was sooo sweet. Then Trevor and Evan got their first ride on a golf cart. They were very excited about that.

Once again, GREAT pictures & commentary!!! Thanks for keeping us updated on the goings on in your neck of the woods! Miss you guys so much, and I'm looking forward to seeing you in November!
